“God’s Provision”
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 3:4-5

“And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;”
 
Devotion: 
Some people really believe that they pulled themselves up by their own bootstraps and that everything they have comes from their own abilities and self-sufficiency. But the devil is a liar! Without God, I am nothing, and I would truly fail. Through God, I can achieve everything. If it had not been for the Lord’s grace and mercy, I would not have made it this far in my life.

Today’s Scripture lets us know that by ourselves we are insufficient. How can the creation survive without the Creator? God supplies our needs and makes provision for us. Every gift, talent, and ounce of provision we have is based on the goodness of God. Take a minute this morning and reflect on the provision God has made and is still making in your life. He is a good Father!

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for Your provision and keeping power. We bless and worship Your holy name. We give Your name the praise, the glory, and honor that is due to You. Amen.
