“Redeemed By God”
Scripture: Psalm 72:14, AMP

“He will redeem their life from oppression and fraud and violence, And their blood will be precious in His sight.”

Devotion:
Behind closed doors, the truth is distorted, and lives are wounded—sometimes in ways that can’t be seen. But God sees what others miss. Often, survivors are left feeling voiceless and forgotten. But God DOES NOT forget. Psalm 72:14 is a promise of hope and justice. It speaks of a King—pointing to Jesus Christ—who will redeem the oppressed. He will rescue them from deceit and violence, and He will not overlook their suffering.

To be redeemed means to be bought back, rescued, and restored. God doesn’t just pull people out—He restores their worth, their identity, and their future. You are not too broken, not too far gone, and not forgotten. You are redeemed by God. As a community and as the Church, we must reflect this heart. We must protect, believe, support, and advocate. Let us walk in love and truth, standing with those God calls precious.

Prayer:
Lord, We thank You that You are a God who redeems. Let Your love be louder than the lies. Let Your truth expose what darkness tries to hide. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
