"Worship with Joy"
Scripture: Psalm 100:1-2

"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing."

Devotion:
This Scripture is a reminder that worship is not meant to be quiet, passive, or half-hearted. It is meant to be joyful, loud, and full of gladness. We are all created to celebrate the Lord by worshipping Him. This type of worship is not based on our circumstances, or what we may be experiencing in the world at this time. It’s not about whether everything is going right in our lives. It’s about who God is—faithful, loving, constant, and good. When we focus on Him, our hearts can find a joy that breaks through fear, heaviness, or our everyday routines. Worship isn’t just music—it’s how we respond to who God is. Psalm 100 calls us to show up before Him not just out of duty, but with delight. So today, pause and give thanks. Sing, make a joyful noise, not unto man, but unto the Lord, Whether it is with a gracious Smile or even a joyous Shout. Because He is worthy—and joy is the right response.

Prayer:
Lord, we come before You today with joy, not because life is perfect, but because You are good. Thank You for inviting us to worship You with gladness. Help us not to hold back our praise but fill our hearts with songs that honor You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
