“Trust in the Lord”
Scripture: Isaiah 26:3 KJV
 
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”

Devotion:
James Moore has a song entitled “ I Will Trust in the Lord.” That song is high on my playlist, and I play it on repeat because of the words that it says. For example, a few lines I love are: “I will trust in the Lord until I die/I’m going to stay on the battlefield/I’m going to treat everybody right.” I love those words because they are what I strive to do in my life. I am not perfect, and I make mistakes along the way. However, one thing I am consistent about in my life is that I trust God. There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it, I trust God! When we truly trust God in every area of our lives, that's when we are filled with so much peace that it overflows from us to someone else. Are you trusting God today?

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being such a gracious father to us. Help us to trust and depend on You in every area of our lives. Amen.
