“Clothed in Love and Forgiveness”
Scripture: Colossians 3:13-14

"Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness."

Devotion:
Paul’s words call us to embody Christ’s love through patience, forgiveness, and unity. Holding onto grudges can weigh down our hearts, but choosing to forgive—just as Christ forgave us—frees us to live in peace. Love is the thread that ties all virtues together, making our faith active and transformative. When we choose love, we reflect God’s grace in every interaction.

Application:

• Identify any unresolved conflicts in your life and prayerfully seek peace.
• Remember that forgiveness is not about approving wrongdoing but releasing bitterness.
• Show patience and grace in relationships, knowing that love strengthens unity.
• Ask God to help you see others through His eyes—worthy of love and redemption.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to bear with others in patience and love. Teach me to forgive as You have forgiven me, releasing hurt and resentment. May love guide my actions, bringing unity and peace wherever I go. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
