“You Deserve All of My Praise!”
Scripture: Jeremiah 17:14 NLT

“O Lord, if you heal me, I will be truly healed; if you save me, I will be truly saved. My praises are for you alone!”

Devotion:
There is a song that has lyrics that says, “You’re the only one I can count on, you’re the only that I need.” Truer words have never been spoken concerning our Lord and Savior! There is no sickness or temptation that our God cannot deliver us from. For when He heals and delivers, then are we truly healed and delivered. God does ALL THINGS WELL! This Scripture reminds us of this very mindset. Our response to His healing and deliverance is for us to dedicate all of our praise and glory to Him. God is a jealous God and requires our ultimate praise and worship to Him. When He heals, there is no need to look to another. When He saves, there is no need to look to another. He is the only one we can and should count on. He is the only one that deserves all praises and glory. What a great declarative scripture to be reminded of this!

Prayer:
Lord, we bless You for being the God we can always count on. Your healing and saving power is matchless, just like Your Name! We promise to give all of our praises to You and You alone. You deserve all of our praise and glory for the marvelous things You have done in our lives! In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
