“Pull Up!”
Scripture: Hebrews 10:25 NIV

"Not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

Devotion:
When reflecting on my personal life, there always seems to be something on the list that needs to be done. Sometimes it feels like it’s never ending! The hustle and bustle of life can leave you feeling drained and defeated. But one thing that helps me is coming to the House of God. Even on the days and moments when I don’t have the physical strength to come, I still pull up in the parking lot whenever I am available. Why? Because I always gain more strength! It comes from being around my brothers and sisters in Christ. We never know what someone is going through and how much our presence can mean to someone. It’s the most rewarding encouragement you can give to your fellow brother or sister. Today’s scripture highlights this! Coming together encourages each of us to go on and hold on a little while longer. So when you don’t feel like pulling up to the House of God, remember that someone is depending on your presence to encourage them! Pull up!

Prayer:
Lord, we thank You for helping us through this journey called life. We know that it gets hard, but we are thankful for You strengthening us no matter what we face. It is our desire to continue to “pull up” to Your house and encourage our brothers and sisters. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
