“Only a Touch”
“And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.” – Mark 6:56

Devotional:
Just a touch! That is all that is required for us to receive something great from God. In the scripture, people would line the streets just to be able to touch a piece of Jesus’ garment when He passed by. Oh, the joy they must have felt when they touched Him. We can do the same thing today! All we have to do is ask God to come into our presence and touch us. It only takes one touch from God to remove sickness, to deliver and to set free. We are not able to touch Jesus physically, but we can be touched by Him spiritually.

As we continue on this Road to Pentecost, we must know that to receive a touch by Jesus, we only have to ask. In His presence we are healed, in His presence there is joy and fullness of joy. Seek to be touched by Jesus – your life will never be the same!

Prayer:
Father, thank You for your touch that brings so much to my life. Help me to spread your word and love to all that I meet! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
