“The Blessed Hope”
“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ” – Titus 2:13

Devotional:
Oh, what a day it will be when that blessed hope cracks the sky! Our daily life should be lived in knowing that Jesus is our hope. Walking through life with purpose is so much more fulfilling than operating in a blank space. God gives us purpose and all we must do is ask Him to show us His plan and He will do it. We must remember, however, that our ultimate goal should be to get to heaven. The scripture above and the surrounding scriptures all speak to living in God’s grace. When we embrace God’s grace, we live a life pleasing to Him, and, in the end, we will be with Him for all eternity.

As we continue this Road to Pentecost, let us seek God for our purpose, knowing that when He appears, we shall be ready to meet Him in the air and be with Him – forever.

Prayer:
Father, I thank You for Your grace, which enables me to walk in the purpose You have set before me. Help me to be strong when I am weak and to stand firm on the principles Jesus exhibited when He walked this earth. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
