Count It All Joy When You Meet Trials
 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
James 1:2-4

Devotional:
Isn’t it just like our God to bring out the best through what we see as the worst thing that could have ever happened to us!! We will experience trials, and no they are not joyful. I myself have experienced trials that I thought I would never recover from. If it had not been for the Lord on my side, through my own sickness and the death of my spouse, I truly do not know where I would be today…But God. He will send His angels to encamp around those who fear him, and deliver them. Psalm 34:7.

James 1:2-4 tells us to Count it All Joy!  Our God makes us stronger through these very trials and disappointments that we encounter. You may ask, “How”?  By His very words, by placing our trust in Him! Always Trust Him! We may not understand it now, but hold on! You’ll be able to look back and evaluate how the trial has made you stronger, how God turned it for your Good!

Prayer:
Father we thank you for giving us the mind to trust you through it all.  We know you are a keeper and a way maker.  We thank you today, because when we are weak, you make us strong. Help us to count it all Joy! In Jesus’ name we pray. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
