HSM 40-Day Consecration – Day 30

DAY 30: Thursday, March 23, 2023

MEDITATE: Romans 6:9-10
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

PRAY:
Jesus, I believe you are the one true Savior. I believe you conquered death to bring us into eternal life with you. In the times when I am tempted to doubt that you truly died and rose again, remind me of your truth.

DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE:
Today is the day that the Lord has made, and while I would have said it as a complementary saying and carry on with my devotional, I now comprehend the levity that this saying holds.
Jesus is returning, and this world is coming to a close. And honestly, I feel reassured after all Easter Sunday, is upon us. And while we do not know if Jesus will return today, tomorrow or even on Easter, let us not forget the wondrous event of the day of his resurrection and ascension. Where before departure, Jesus came to his disciples and brought to them the reassurance of his return. So let us remain reassured as we live out these final days in revelations, rejoice and recount the excellent times from Ecclesiastes.
