HSM 40 Day Consecration Weekday Devotional
Day 2: Thursday, February 23, 2023

MEDITATE: PSALM 118:25-26
Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity. Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
PRAY: Lord, help me to dive into this season of Lent with intentionality and purpose. I want to know you better, love you more fully, and accept your grace more readily. Draw me closer to you, day by day.
DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE:
Day 2, let me begin by saying, if you love God, and are part of this royal family, you are blessed. It does not matter what the metrics of this world say, you are blessed. As we begin with that thought in mind, as members of this blessed family you can count on God sending prosperity you way.
It is in our beseaching cry that we will find the most fulfilling of blessings from the Lord. Pass me not o gentle saviour, hear my humble cry, while on others though are calling, do not pass me by. I open my heart to Jesus the author and finisher of my faith, let us do it together and see what his presence in our lives and in our ministry will do during this Holy Season.
DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE:
Day 2, let me begin by saying, if you love God, and are part of this royal family, you are blessed. It does not matter what the metrics of this world say, you are blessed. As we begin with that thought in mind, as members of this blessed family you can count on God sending prosperity you way.
In the previous verse Psalm 118:24, we are told that this is the day that the Lord hath made and that we should rejoice and be glad in it. Verses 25 & 26 remind us that our salvation, prosperity, and blessings all rest in Jesus. Let us seek him while he may be found and call upon him over the next 39 days with our whole heart.
