Palm Sunday — Eliab: Matthew 21:1–11; Mark 11:1–11; Luke 19:28–44; John 12:12–19
The King Enters, But Not As Expected.
This is Eliab, reporting from the streets of Jerusalem.
The city has erupted into celebration. Crowds have gathered along the road, laying garments in the path and waving palm branches in the air. The sound of voices fills the streets—cries of “Hosanna” echo from every direction.
At the center of it all… a man approaches.
He rides not on a war horse, but on a donkey.
There is no armor. No display of force. No royal procession as we have known it.
And yet… the people respond as though a king has arrived.
I have watched carefully.
There is joy in the crowd—yes—but also expectation.

Many believe this moment signals the rise of a deliverer… one who will restore what has been lost.
But as I observe Him… there is something different.
He does not carry Himself like the rulers we have known. There is no urgency to conquer… no movement to seize control.
Instead, there is a quiet authority.
A calmness.
An intention.
What appears to be a celebration… may in fact be the beginning of something far greater than the people yet understand.
I will continue to observe and report as events unfold.

Holy Monday — Hadassah: Matthew 21:12–17; Mark 11:12–19; Luke 19:45–46
JESUS DISRUPTS TEMPLE AND CALLS FOR TRUE WORSHIP
Jerusalem — Temple Courts

This is Hadassah, reporting from the temple courts. Moments ago, what began as ordinary activity has been completely overturned. Merchants have been driven out, tables overturned, and coins scattered across the ground. Jesus has declared that this place, meant for prayer, has been filled with distraction and misuse. I stood and watched as the crowd reacted with shock… yet there was something unmistakable in His actions. This was not chaos…this was correction.

I remain here, reflecting on what has taken place… there is a stillness now settling over the temple… and in that stillness, a question remains: If this house must be cleansed…
what of the temples within us, and what does it now requires of us, and in this moment… I find myself moved to pray...
Dear Lord, search my heart and cleanse me from anything that distracts me from You.
Restore me as a living temple, devoted once again to prayer and worship.
Quiet every opposing voice and draw me into Your peace, presence, and rest.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Holy Tuesday — Azariah: Matthew 21–25; Mark 11–12; Luke 20–21
TRUTH DECLARED IN THE TEMPLE...RELIGIOUS LEADERS SILENCED
Jerusalem — Temple Courts
Azariah records a day of intense teaching and confrontation as Jesus boldly speaks truth, exposing hypocrisy and redefining what it means to know God.
Azariah records a day of intense teaching and confrontation as Jesus boldly speaks truth, exposing hypocrisy and redefining what it means to know God.

This is Azariah reporting from the temple courts in Jerusalem.
Today has been marked by relentless questioning, public challenge, and unmistakable authority. Religious leaders approached Jesus with intent to trap Him in His words, hoping to discredit Him before the people.
But each attempt has failed.
Question after question has been met with clarity, wisdom, and authority that cannot be denied. The crowd has remained engaged—listening, watching, and responding to what is being said.
Parables have been spoken that expose hypocrisy. Warnings have been issued that challenge both leadership and tradition. And through it all, Jesus has not retreated—He has spoken openly.
What is unfolding here is more than teaching.
It is confrontation. It is revelation.
And it is becoming increasingly clear—those in power are losing control of the narrative.
I continue to observe and record these events as they unfold.

Holy Wednesday — Azariah: Matthew 26:14-16
BREAKING NEWS: BETRAYAL SET IN MOTION...RELIGIOUS LEADERS STRIKE AGREEMENT with judas

Jerusalem — Temple Precincts
This is Azariah, reporting from Jerusalem. The public activity surrounding Jesus has noticeably diminished today. After several days of open teaching and confrontation within the temple courts, there is now a quietness—yet beneath that quietness, something is shifting.
I have remained near the temple precincts, observing the movements of the chief priests and elders.
There has been an unusual level of private gathering with conversations held away from the crowds, marked by urgency and careful discretion.
Though these discussions are not taking place in the open, reports have begun to circulate among those attentive to such movements: It looks like Judas Iscariot, one of the disciples of Jesus has approached the religious leaders.
He has inquired what would be given in exchange for delivering Jesus into their hands. And it is now being said that an agreement has been reached.
A sum has been determined—thirty pieces of silver.
Oh no, how do we warn Jesus of this conspiracy to betray him...Judas is no longer to be trusted, I believe he will be looking for an opportunity to carry out what has been arranged.
I must be clear—these matters are not unfolding before the crowds, nor are they being declared openly. Yet the consistency of what is being reported, combined with the activity I have observed, gives weight to what is now being understood.
What has been challenged publicly…is now being decided privately.
And what has been spoken openly in truth…is now being answered in secrecy.
There is a tension in the air that cannot be ignored.
What has begun in quiet…will not remain hidden for long.
I will continue to document these developments as they unfold.

MAUNDY THURSDAY - John 13–17; Matthew 26:17–75
BREAKING NEWS: IS THIS THE LAST SUPPER OF JESUS ???

Jerusalem — Upper Room
This is Azariah, reporting from Jerusalem.
As evening has fallen, I have remained near an upper room where Jesus has gathered with the twelve. What is taking place inside is not public, nor intended for the crowds—but its significance is unmistakable.
Jesus has prepared a meal in observance of the Passover. Yet what is unfolding goes far beyond tradition. From my vantage point, I have observed moments of quiet instruction, followed by actions that have caused visible confusion among those present.
In a striking act, Jesus has taken the posture of a servant—kneeling and washing the feet of those who follow Him. This has not been received lightly.
There is hesitation… even resistance… yet also a growing awareness that something greater is being demonstrated.
I observed one of the men, identified as Peter, initially resist, as if unworthy of such an act. Yet Jesus remained resolute, making it clear that what He was doing was necessary, not optional. In that moment, the room shifted—what seemed uncomfortable became instructive, revealing that true leadership here is expressed through service, not status.
This is not merely an act of humility; it is a redefinition of leadership.
As the meal continues, His words carry a tone of preparation. There is an emphasis on remembrance, on unity, and on love, spoken not as a suggestion but as a command.
I have taken careful record of what I can observe, though I must acknowledge—there is depth here that will only be understood in time.
What began as a shared meal…has become a moment of covenant.
And what is being established in this room…will not remain confined to it.
I will continue to document these events as they unfold.
I hear him even saying "This do in remembrance of me"... Is this his Last Supper ???

GOOD FRIDAY - Matthew 27; Mark 15; Luke 23; John 19
BREAKING NEWS: JESUS HAS BEEN CRUCIFIED !!!
Jerusalem — Golgatha

This is Azariah, reporting from Jerusalem.
This is Eliab, reporting from outside the city.
The one who entered Jerusalem just days ago to celebration has now been crucified.
The atmosphere is heavy…
the crowd subdued.
What began with shouts of praise has ended in silence.
I have stood at a distance, watching… trying to understand how such a moment could unfold in this way.
Yet even from where I stand, I can hear His voice.
He speaks—not with anger… but with mercy:
“Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” (Luke 23:34, KJV)
To one crucified beside Him, He offers something unexpected—assurance:
“Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” (Luke 23:43, KJV)
Looking toward His mother… and then to one of His own, He entrusts care and connection:
“Woman, behold thy son… Behold thy mother.” (John 19:26–27, KJV)
As the hours pass, the weight of this moment deepens… and a cry emerges that pierces the silence:
“My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:46, KJV)
There is suffering here—real and undeniable.
“I thirst.” (John 19:28, KJV)
And then… a declaration—one that feels less like defeat and more like completion:
“It is finished.” (John 19:30, KJV)
Finally… with what strength remains, He yields Himself:
“Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit.” (Luke 23:46, KJV)
…
There is grief here… confusion… and unanswered questions.
And yet… even in this moment, there is a sense that this is not the end.
The earth itself seems to respond…and those nearby are left to reckon with what they have just witnessed.
I will continue to observe.

RESURRECTION SUNDAY - - Matthew 28; Mark 16; Luke 24; John 20
THE TOMB IS EMPTY !!! JESUS HAS RISEN !!!
Jerusalem — Near the Garden Tomb

This is Eliab… reporting from near the place where He was laid.
I came expecting silence… expecting finality.
But what I have encountered…I do not yet have words for.
The stone…has been moved.
This is Hadassah… I arrived early, while it was still dim, drawn by grief... by devotion... by the need to be near what had been lost.
But the tomb is not as it was.
It is open.
And what once held His body… now stands empty.
This is Azariah, documenting what can only be described as an extraordinary development.
The accounts are consistent. The tomb is empty.
And there are reports, credible reports, that He has been seen.
This is Adam Shmu’el… What we are witnessing is not disorder… nor is it confusion. This is fulfillment.
What was spoken… what was foretold… what was believed in part… now stands revealed in full.
Eliab:
Just days ago, I stood at a distance… watching Him die.
I heard His final words. I felt the weight of that moment.
And now… I stand in that same place of witness—
but everything has changed.
Hadassah:
There is no confusion in me now.
What I feel is not grief… It is awe.
The sorrow that brought me here… has given way to something else.
Hope… restored.
Azariah:
What we are documenting is no longer unfolding as a tragic conclusion…
but as a fulfilled promise.
The sequence of events now demands a different understanding.
This was not the end.
Adam Shmu’el:
What appeared to be loss… was not loss at all.
It was victory... unseen in the moment… but undeniable now.
Eliab:
What I could not understand on Friday…
is now becoming clear.
Hadassah:
What we witnessed in sorrow…
we now witness in glory.
Azariah:
And what we have recorded…
will not remain contained to this place.
ALL TOGETHER (Unified Close):
He is not here.
He is risen.
Eliab: We will continue to observe…
Hadassah: …to reflect…
Azariah: …and to document what comes next.
Adam Shmu’el: …and to walk in the truth now revealed.
ALL: Back to you, HSM Congregation.
